1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 52bd platform and all related services. When you register, log in, or use the platform in any way, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

52bd operates as a reliable online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to making every user's experience safe, fair and enjoyable.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account or use any service on 52bd, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must manage the account personally — managing an account on behalf of or as a representative of someone else is not allowed.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• If any account information changes, it must be updated immediately.

If any user uses the platform without meeting these eligibility requirements, 52bd reserves the right to close that account and hold the associated funds.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Account Registration

To complete registration on 52bd, users must provide accurate personal information. Creating an account with false or misleading information may result in permanent account termination.

3.2 Password & Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You must remain vigilant to ensure no one else gains access to your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

52bd may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Refusal to provide a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted on 52bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

• Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 52bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns an extra ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. That means receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires total bets of ৳20,000 (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — transferring them to another account is prohibited.
• Users sharing the same device, IP address or household may not claim multiple bonuses.
• If the conditions of any bonus are not followed, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• 52bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 User Conduct & Fair Play

To maintain a fair and respectful environment on 52bd, all users must follow the code of conduct below:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraud, deception or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting strategies are prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games is prohibited.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions are prohibited.
• Harassing or intimidating other users is prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an advantage is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Winnings or bonuses incorrectly credited due to a technical error are automatically considered void. In such cases, 52bd reserves the right to deduct that amount from the balance.

7 Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email.

7.2 Closure by the Platform

52bd may close or suspend an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Registration with false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of the age requirement.

If there is a valid balance and no violations, it will be returned at the time of account closure.

8 Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content on the 52bd platform — logos, graphics, text, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of 52bd. Reproducing, distributing or modifying this content is prohibited except for personal and non-commercial use.

Game content and software is licensed from various third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Netent, Microgaming and Ezugi. All rights to this content are reserved by the respective providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

52bd provides its services on an "as is" basis. 52bd's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Interruption to play caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses caused by software issues from third-party game providers.
• Misuse of an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond 52bd's control.

In any situation, 52bd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
